Rinnai, the leader in the tankless water heater category was preparing for the largest product launch in it’s history. Brand and tankless awareness was low, and almost every pro was swapping out a tank for a tank. But we decided to stop the swap and let the pros know tankless was an option… and we’re not yanking your tank when we say we crushed it.

hfa created an arresting creative campaign with a bold call to action to grab interest. Integrated, multi-channel executions from experiential to digital and print put the brand in front of the trade audience. We tapped into the mindset of the audience and got them to notice at the most influential event in home building, IBS and AHR. We even included a tour across the U.S. and Canada to get the word out after the launch. And every bit of it paid off.
