When Rinnai launched a new tankless water heating product they wanted a promotional campaign that featured several new installation benefits.
hfa proposed a virtual reality experience where dealers could install the new product “first-hand” and implemented it at numerous existing events, including IBS, customer VIP events and Rinnai’s own mobile marketing tour. This game-ified approach was the perfect stand-out and earned the product plenty of attention from the media and most importantly, industry tradesmen.
